In Transaction Entry, I added Claim Number and Modifier 3 to the Grid...It has worked fine for years...but suddenly Modifier 3 now has a number of different columns in the grid and Claim Number appears twice. I tried removing the extra fields from the grid, and getting out of Medisoft and back in...but it doesn't help. I suspect something is corrupted in my registry but don't know how to fix it.

I did think about uninstalling and reinstalling Medisoft (so as to clear the registry), but had trouble upgrading RM to the latest version (error when trying to download the file) so I just did System Restore to restore back to my current version with the extra fields.

Any ideas?

In Medisoft go to Window -> Clear Custom Grid Settings. And then Exit Medisoft and see if that fixes it. Sometimes a reboot is necessary.

Thanks, Gavin, but that didn't work (and yes I rebooted after doing Clear Custom Grid Settings). Any other ideas?

The black dot on the top left of the grid. Can you just remove one of them from the list there?

I did and it did not work. I just uninstalled and reinstalled Medisoft and it is fine now.
