Hello everyone,

I have a problem with the Medisoft software version 19. The girls that run the software at the office have complained that when they try to do any work the computer slows down. For example when they have the software open and try to run a report it sits there forever then finally opens the report up. Here are some facts below.

I am running version 19 and did not upgrade to Version 20 yet. ( Is there any updates in between that I need to do?)

I try to open a simple report and with task manager open it says that it is not responding.
The CPU is running at 100% and the memory being used is barely 50%.

I was informed to do some type of file cleanup from the menu but when I checked that there was a whole lot of things to check
but I had no idea what to do or what to pick.

I thought about doing a reload of program but i was worried about it stopping all together. Now the accountant can at least use
it.

You probably need Medisoft v19 sp1 hot fix. Be sure to install it on all your computers or the issue with slow reports will keep coming back.

I am running Windows 7 still. The computer is not old but there was one video card not supported which we had. Do you think that will still help. If so I will give it a try. Thanks

Yes, the hot fix for Medisoft v19 sp1 specifically addresses the slow reports problem you are having. Do not upgrade to Windows 10 unless you are also willing to go to Medisoft v20.
