Hi there,
My problem is that I have a new ipad with the new software which I'd like to use in my office for billing. Every time I try to open the same medisoft 20 app it takes me directly to the API Key and Code screen and it wont let me in any further. I'm stuck using my older ipad for billing which I think is going to stop working soon. I'm nervous that if I update the software then my medisoft work work anymore.
Does anyone have any idea what i can do? Is it my ipad? Is it the new software?

In Medisoft go to Help -> Mobile to get your API Key and Code. Make sure you are running the Orange Medisoft v20 app and not the old grey Medisoft app.

I'm in the new medisoft app and I typed in my api key and code but it won't let me in.
I have to get in to change my port but it won't let me get past the key and code.
Any other suggestions ?
