RM Error

Post by KAYBILLING » Sun Aug 21, 2016 6:45 pm

I'm running Advances single user, loaded all programs onto brand new laptop, V19, SP1. Trying to open RM to send claims, RM opens, I run "check claims", goes ok. Then "send claims" and I get the following error. I've run the update for RM and its updated. Any ideas?

I appear to have fixed it. I restored the Medisoft\Bin\RCM folder from the last working backup and it's fine now.
Thanks,

My guess is your anti-virus is working against Revenue Management. Set it to not scan \Medisoft\Bin and \Medidata to prevent problems in the future.

Thanks Gavin, I saw you post that in another topic and I've done that, I've excluded those two folders from scan and all seems to be working fine now.
