Problem opening Revenue Manager

I'm using Advanced V19, single user, RM to send claims. Switching computers, 2nd computer had Medisoft installed already (had used that comp. previously as main comp.) so I copied the Medidata folder to the 2nd computer, have done that in the past no problem. Went to send a claim and RM won't open, states "Advantage.Data.Provider.AdsException: Error 5004: Either ACE could not find the specified file, or you do not have sufficient rights to access the file. The data dictionary file (C:\ERA\CMDBList.add) is not found on the server...." There's other info after that if you need but seems like RM is pointing to the wrong place. Shouldn't it be pointing to MediData\RMData\ ? I see a CMDBLIST, type Advantage Data Architect in that folder, but no .add. I've already uninstalled Medisoft, RM, deleted the Medisoft folder, restart, loaded all and same problem. Any suggestions?

You'll probably need to work with your Medisoft re-seller set this up for you. Or, we can set this up for you for FREE depending on your clearinghouse. Otherwise, you can purchase a $150 Revenue Management setup from us from here to setup your first practice.

Why would I need to set it up? I already have RM set up, i'm running it. Your support helped me set it up. I copied the MediData folder to another computer (to temporarily change computers) with programs loaded and that's the error I get. I've done this before, I actually have 3 computers, works fine on the other two, never had a problem doing this before, just this one is stuck.

Sounds like the registry needs fixed. You would need someone familiar with resolving a registry issue.
