Power Tools (Not Responding)

I'm trying to change the Code for some insurance companies & I Power Tools keeps getting hung up (it's just under Change Insurance, the others work fine). I've tried Repair Practice & have
re-indexed the data MANY times. Any suggestions?

Is anyone else in Medisoft or Office Hours? Try exiting both of those programs on all machines before running MediUtils.

This is a single user Medisoft, I did sign out of Medisoft before running Power Tools.

You will probably need to work directly with your Medisoft VAR on this one. We can work with you if you purchase at least a month of Medisoft support.
