This is Jason and we use Medisoft V 19. We have had issues recently when we tried to print paper claims to secondary Insurances. I am listing the message here "access violation at address00C80FDB in module 'MAPA.EXE'. Read of address 00000008"

Please suggest a solution for this.

Is this happening on every machine or just one? Is it certain claim(s)? Many times seeing the access violation it is usually bad data input some where. Have you tried a different claim form?
