Help! BK to change to ABK

I had to restart my whole medisoft version 19. now my claims are sending incorrectly to my clearing house.
when I called my clearing house they said my claims are being sent with "BK" which is ICD-9 and it needs to be send "ABK" ICD-10.
I've done everything I could do. I updated my ICD10.
converted everything.
does anyone know where is BK and ABK are?
please help

Are you sending with revenue management.

This can happen if you are still using a pre Medisoft v19 iGuide in Revenue Management or if your insurance carrier is still setup for ICD-9 codes.
