Trizetto and sending HCPCS description without a HCPCS code

I have some institutional claims that I need to send with a revenue code only (with no HCPCS code). Trizetto is rejecting the claims because I am sending them with the description field. Medisoft will not let me create a Procedure code without a description. I can't figure out how to get the description off of these claims. Ideas?

You setup the procedure code like you normally would and then fill in the Revenue Code field on the procedure. Aren't you enrolled under us at Trizetto? Call our office with your GatewayEDI site# and we can work with you directly for FREE.

Yes, but when I do that, the description is still being sent which is causing a rejection with Trizetto. I am set up under you. I'll give you a call.
