Medisoft Revenue Manager

When I go to open revenue manager it keeps bringing up the practice list then when I choose the practice it has me put in my username and password, this is the one for Medisoft. but it reports that it is invalid, I think the practice has become unlinked with Medisoft but cannot get it to link back up. Please Help. I have a ton of claims to send out

Either the practice name was changed or the path was changed. You would have to contact a VAR to resolve that. We offer support in our shop

If your password expired in Medisoft, change it back to what it was. For some reason the expiring password feature doesn't always update the Revenue Management database.
