Electron claims submission doent recognice double last names

I have recently had a claim rejected when received from my clearing house to the payer. It was denied because the patient name was not recognized. In Medisoft 19 when a last name has two names and a space or hyphen between them, the name is merged as one when it is sent electronically to the payer. Is there a way to fix this??

If you change the insurance type to Medicare or Medicare Part A, then Revenue Management should just send whatever you type in the patient's last name.
