Window 10 self-installed can launch Office hours, Reports but not medisoft

Today my computer self installed windows 10. After this install I can launch Office Hours and Medisoft Reports (V20.02.68) but cannot launch Medisoft Network Professional. MAPA.EXE shows the practice in the "Open Practice" window but when I click on the OK button I get a window saying "MAPA.EXE has stopped working" and a "Close program" button. I have tried restarting Windows 10 and get the same thing. The computer is a Lenovo model Lenovo Win 7 PC with an Intel core i3-2350M CPU, 4GB RAM and a 64-bit operating system.
I am perplexed why Office Hours and Reports work, but Medisoft doe not. I appreciate any suggestions or insights you might have.
