I recently check for update tab and it updated my version 19. Now I can't send any claims. "mainform" pops up. then it says " Could not load file or assembly 'MS19, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
File name: 'MS19, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'
anyone else have this problem?

This has been happening lately. Your Antivirus has thought something in the Revenue Management was a virus. I have not seen an actual Virus in Medisoft or Revenue Management. Sometimes the updates make the Antivirus think there is one though. What you would want to do is go in to your Antivirus and add an exceptions for the Medisoft folder. Usually C:\Medisoft. Then if you have a virus vault find the file it took from C:\Medisoft and return it. If you cannot return the file then it may require a reinstall.

Hi, I cannot seem to return the file or get Medisoft to redownload the blocked file. How should I proceed? Thanks, Julia

May need to uninstall the Revenue management and Medisoft and then install it again.

I figured out how to restore an old ms19.dll version from my online backup. Just made that MozyPro monthly fee well worth it!! Once the old version was restored, Revenue Management sensed that it needed to update the file & all proceeded as normal. Thanks!
