Printing & Freezing

Hopefully I can get this one resolved.

We are using Office Hours Professional version 19.0.2.134.
It's a Windows 7 machine, with a USB connection to the printer.

We get frequent hangups when trying to print. I get the printing screen but nothing happens.
I have tested the printer and it works fine from any other application, and others also are printing from it (via ethernet cable).

If we make the mistake to run a backup while the printing is supposed to be happening, OHP freezes completely and closes down on us.

What can I do to get this fixed?

Which report are you trying to print?

I'm just trying to print a day schedule.

If you manually put in an appointment and it is outside the ranges you put in the system it can cause issues printing. In OH program options you put interval of 30 mins for example and then schedule a 15 min appointment this will cause issues with printing.

First install Office Hours v19 service pack 1 and hot fix to see if that resolves any issues. If you also use Medisoft, use the link for Patient Accounting instead of just Office Hours.
