Login has expired

Technical problems with Medisoft.

Login has expired

I didn't have an end date for the password to reset, and i didn't receive a warning. Unable to sign on this morning, it says Your Login has expired. Any suggestions?

Do you have another user you can use to get in and reset the original one.

Unfortunatley no, we only had one that had admin rights. The others are read only level.
