access violation

Post by tully » Tue Apr 19, 2016 6:08 pm

While trying to create a file to upload to my clearing house, the above notice appeared and is not allowing me to create a file. Access Violation at address 00637FF1 in Module cms11.exe Write of address 0945590E. I'm using Medisoft V.20 on Microsoft Windows 10. Can you please help?

Thank you

First thing I would do is check for updates for Revenue Management. Go to start menu > All Programs > Revenue Management and run the "Check for Updates". You may also run File Maintenance.

And secondly, I see you are using CMS11.exe which is not supported anymore. You need to switch to use Revenue Management to generate your claims. Get with your Medisoft re-seller to set this up. We can set this up for FREE depending on what clearinghouse you are using. Or, you can select a Revenue Management setup from here.
