Free Medisoft Tech Help- Medisoft V26, Medisoft Clinical EHR & More- Courtesy Support Resource

I have a new Windows 10 (Home, not Pro) laptop and am having a problem with Medisoft...I installed Version 20 from your downloads page...and installed the Hot Fix..When I click on the Medisoft icon, I get the popup where I have to indicate where my Medisoft data is located, I enter the proper path (\\dc02\medidata), I get my practice list, I click on a practice, and then nothing (no login screen, nothing at all). So I have to terminate Medisoft...and when I try to get back in, after I click the Medisoft icon I just get a Windows error that indicates the error prevented the program from running (no error code, though).

Any ideas??

Something else must be preventing Medisoft from starting. You'll probably need to work directly with your Medisoft support on this one.
