After creating claims in Medisoft the revenue management must be accessed through the Activities tab, when selecting Revenue Management I am receiving the below error message. Could you please advise on triage steps? I can not access claim report to submit to clearing house.
Medisoft not Found:
Medisoft does not exist at []. Please correct the Registry or install a valid version of Medisoft.
I could not attach the screen print .
Could you please advise of the issue.

This is a registry error. The path will depend on the Operating System.

If it is a new install or you upgraded revenue management may be the cause. To resolve we would need to know what operating system you are using. What version of windows.
