Medisoft V20 and Hospital Portal Installs

Good Morning,
We are having an issue with one of our users having to force restart her computer multiple times a day because Medisoft freezes and does not allow her to close out of the program, unless the computer is restarted. She realized this is happening when she is logged into the Florida Hospital Waterman portal, which is strange because none of the other users have this issue when logged into the portal and Medisoft at the same time. Is it possible that the hospital portal installs that we are downloading are not compatible with Medisoft, or if it could be another program on her computer that is causing her Medisoft to freeze up on her multiple times a day?
Please let me know if there is anything we can do to correct this or why this is happening. Thank you!

This is just a guess, because I do not know the details of this hospital's software. Their could be an incompatibility with the VPN software they are using and her local network. She can exit Medisoft before she starts up the VPN, and then close the VPN before starting Medisoft again. Possibly somebody familiar with the VPN's software settings can set it up so that both Medisoft and the portal can be used simultaneously.

Thank you for your reply. For the hospital portal we have to install the Citrix Receiver Version 4.4 for Windows and SecureAuth OTP.
Is it possible that one of these programs is causing Medisoft to freeze and forcing the user to shut down and restart?
She uses the portal and Medisoft simultaneously and needs them both open at the same time.

I would guess there is a conflict somewhere in the setup of one of these two programs.
