Medisoft Mobile Patient Intake Form

I am testing the patient intake form on Mobile and having a problem. In Mobile I go to Intake and completely go through each question in each section, click I am Finished (as I was the patient completing this intake)...and then enter the practice's login and password for Medisoft and the green toggle is on to save the form. But the patient does not come up under Pending Patients in Medisoft.

What am I doing wrong? Even if search in Mobile for the patient I cannot find him and I have tried this twice.

Ignore the above...figured out you have to review each form that then toggles the switch.....But how does a practice upload their own forms to Mobile??

Hey Gavin, quick question about the intake structure. There is no place to add an policy ID or Group number when entering a new patient insurance or that I can see. Am I missing something or is there a way to configure it so it does ask? Thanks

Hi Sarah,

Sorry, there is no way to configure this. It was by design that the patient is not able to input policy and group numbers. This forces the clinic to collect patients insurance card for the information, verification and input, thus eliminating any errors the patient may make by inputting the numbers themselves.

Policy number and Group number are both entry options on the new Online Appointment Scheduling feature in Medisoft Network Pro v21. No special device is necessary, just browse to the appropriate URL for your practice.
