Problem with Medisoft V20 Mobile App--Alert Warning

Now that Mobile V20 has been upgraded, I tried to access the program...I entered the correct API Key and API Code, but get a pop-up message ALERT: Medisoft V20 Required. But I am using Medisoft Version 20 (installed on my server). Is there something to be done with configuring Mobile on the Server? I looked at Diagnose Mobile and cannot figure out the problem...and the server is reachable per Diagnose Mobile.

The reason the API Key and API Code are not working is that the ones created by version 19 do not work in version 20. To clear all existing API Keys open Diagnose Mobile and select the button "Clear all Practices" then log back back in to your practice data, select Mobile from the Help menu and you should see a new API Key and API Code.

If you clear all practices, what happens to the custom superbills that were created in Version 19? Would those be lost and have to be recreated??
