Eligibility Verification Reports Issue

I have version 19 and we use the Eligibility Verification option within the patient chart. One computer (out of many networked computer) complains that when they are waiting for the 271 eligibility verif report to come back, the system also opens up all 835 Reports that are pending in the Revenue Management Reports Window.

Since these 2 reports are handled by 2 separate departments, it is unfortunate and cumbersome. Any suggestions on why this happens and what we can do to avoid it?

It seems to happen to whomever is first to verify insurances for the day, but not everyone complains of this phenomena.
