Revenue Management Reports

When I send the claim, the claim preview report would not pop up. I cannot view any reports.

Hmm, did you try in Windows going to Start -> All Apps -> Revenue Management -> Check for Updates?

Possibly your anti-virus got aggressive with Revenue Management and quarantined a crucial file.

Try the Check for Updates first. If that doesn't work, reinstall Medisoft again and then Check for Updates.

I reinstalled Medisoft again checked for updates, but I still cannot view claim preview report.

Try right-clicking on Medisoft and selecting Run As Administrator to start it.

I would also check any antivirus check the quarantine for anything from Medisoft\Bin folder. Also go in to the C:\Medisoft\Bin\RCM and make sure the reports.exe is there.
