I have run into that this error in Office Hours Pro v15 sp1. It happened because an appointment fell after the end of day. In my case, the day ended at 6:00 pm, but there was an appointment that started at 6:00 and lasted 30 minutes. Office Hours Pro goes nuts when it hit one of these on someones schedule on the multi-view, month view, or week view.

Symptoms included:
1. The date would sometimes change to 7/1/1996 and the you cannot change to a different date.
2. The error \"list index out of bounds\" would appear. You can keep clicking OK to get through all the errors but Office Hours Pro would not function and you would need to close.

To fix this, I changed the appointment window to last until 6:30pm and then do not schedule anything outside of the appointment window to prevent the error from happening again.
