font problem with windows 10

recently switched from laptop running window 8 to surface pro4 running windows 10. using medisoft version 19. never had problem with windows 8. now with windows 10 when I open secondary windows fonts are so small can't read. used window 10 comapatibility tool with no success. anyone else have this problem
