Eligibility Verification Error in ISA06

I use Medisoft V19. When running the eligibility verification for a chart within Medisoft, I got the following message:

Transaction completed successfully but VALIDATION ERRORS occurred (see below):

Reject Reason: Authorization/Access Restrictions The entity identified in ISA06 or GS02 is not authorized to submit 270 transactions to the Information Source.
Followup Action: Resubmission Allowed

Help told me to check the Interchange Sender ID by going to EDI Receiver, ID tab, Interchange Sender ID

This number was entered there: 403164proc

Still don't know what that means or what SHOULD be there. Didn't check the GS02 segment.

The answer to that depends on your clearinghouse. They should have a companion guide or EDI guide that explains how to set all this up.
