Having Trouble transferring data to your EMR from Medisoft

If you are having trouble transferring data to your EMR from Medisoft using Communication Manager, then this could be because an Appointment Reason Code was deleted out of your database.

To determine if this is the problem, browse and find your HL7ErrorLog.txt. It is usually located here: C:\\ProgramData\\Medisoft\\<your version and service pack level of Medisoft>\\HL7

Search the log for a message \"Reason not found\". The missing code will be listed. Add those Reason Codes back into Office Hours.
