I have medisoft v20. I am having an issue with trying to print claims with dates of service prior to 10/1/2015 as ICD-9. Every claim is coming out with ICD-10 dx on them. I went into Tools, then Services, and thought I changed it but I have claims in my claim management waiting to be sent that have DOS with both before and after 10/1/2015. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You probably should review our ICD-10 resource page. Possibly the ICD-10 cut-over date is not setup on each insurance carrier or the ICD-9 mapping is not setup on the diagnosis code.
