Revenue Management Reports

For some reason all of a sudden I can not enter Revenue Management Reports from the Revenue Mangement - Process - Reports. Instead the only way I can access Reports is to send a claim & after the claim is sent the Reports menu opens.

Your anti-virus probably quarantined some Medisoft executable files. Set your anti-virus to exclude Medisoft\Bin and Medidata and re-install Medisoft. Don't forget to check for updates in Revenue Management after installing Medisoft.
