"can not path the file" problem

i firewall is off now but still i can't use it

its medisoft network proffessional version 19 and im using window 8.1

i don't see any error message...i only see the "file cannot path"

Try loading Medisoft v19 sp1 and then the hot fix on every computer running Medisoft.

What are you doing in Medisoft when you get the error?

it just say that "cannot path the file"

if i reboot the computer its working but after few hours later program doesn't run correctly...
