Mobile App Opens and Immediately Closes

I have had the Mobile app for awhile...but suddenly when I click on the Mobile icon, it opens and within 2-3 seconds closes....I rebooted the iPad and same thing. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, but same thing. Any ideas?

Did you upgrade the iOS recently? What version of iOS do you have? Are you using the Medisoft v20 app?

Tried on both the Medisoft Mobile and the Medisoft V20 app...and using IOS9.1....and apparently neither app work with IOS9.1.

Any idea when Medisoft is going to update the Medisoft 20 app or the Medisoft Mobile app? Since neither work on iPads with the updated IOS, the apps are essentially useless. Please check and see when they plan to release updates for either app.
