Disappearance of 1:1 mapping

On Medisoft Network 19 v.1, after using mapping procedure for conversion ICD9 to ICD 10, somehow the screen on the "Mapping 1:1" become blank, while the grid on the "Other Mapping" is still there. Any solution?

Is the tab missing or is it just blank. If you have done them already they will not show up.

Thanks. The tab is still there, just the grid is missing.

That usually means you have already done them. You can check by going to List > Diagnosis List and looking for ICD10s. Once the mapping is done they are no longer there.
