CMS FI delays in processing ICD-10 claims?

it seems that all post-Oct 1 ICD-10 claims we have submitted since 10/1 are all on the "acknowledged, processing claim" by the FI payor. However, they have already processed -- and paid -- any pre-Oct 1st ICD-9 we submitted after 10/1. IOW, all ICD-10 claims appear to be stuck in limbo and none have been paid so far, even allowing for the 12 to 14 day window before payments are sent out -- by this 2-week window we should have already received payments on claims submitted and processed by Oct 8.

Anyone receiving payments yet for ICD-10 claims submitted and received for processing between 10/1 and 10/8?

I am pretty sure we filed some ICD-10 Medicare claims on the 1st and we started getting payments from Medicare claims a couple of days ago. If you filed yours electronically on the 8th, you should get payment by the 22nd. Paper claims have a 28 day payment floor.

Yep, found out we just got paid on claims we filed electronically on Oct 1st.
