Diagnosis codes NOT sending over to Trizetto

We are using Medisoft v20. We batched and sent our claims over to Trizetto. Every claim has been rejected since October 1, stating that no ICD10 codes are showing up on the batched claims sent to them. We have set up our ICD10 mapping and the insurance carriers for ICD10 as of October 1st in the v20 of Medisoft. All other claim info is correct on sent over claims, the diagnosis does not appear on their end. Please help!

Hi Ashley, more than likely your Revenue Management needs to be setup to send ANSI 5010 electronic claims through Trizetto. Contact Tiffany Pruiett at Trizetto, (800) 969-3666 Ext. 1528, and tell her your preferred vendor is MedTech in Springfield, MO. Then private message me with your GatewayEDI site id. After I have confirmed that you are under us, I will bump you up to the front of our setup queue. We are backed up about 7 days on our support queue right now.
