Revenue Management I/O Error

Good Afternoon,
We are getting an I/O error message in Revenue Management Medisoft v20: "There was an unexpected error in Revenue Management. This may be due to I/O errors.". It is preventing us from sending claims. Is there a solution or fix to get rid of this error or bypass it?

I had this happen to me once, when the connection to the ADS database was too slow due to network conditions. We temporarily got around by getting on the host machine via RDP and sending the claims, until the network speeds were restored. It is a long shot, but may be helpful ...
