ICD 10 Indicator Block 21

Post by Shelly.s » Mon Oct 05, 2015 5:23 pm

Our Clearinghouse states that the indicator in block 21 should be a "9" instead of "0" for ICD10. I looked at the properties in the Custom Reports for block 21 and it has alot of programming in there, but evidently it is not working properly. How can I fix that to show indicator 9?
We use a print image format for transmitting electronically, fyi.

The print image that comes with Medisoft doesn't support ICD-10. It is highly recommended you switch to ANSI-5010 electronic claims. We currently charge $150 to setup ANSI 5010 electronic claims in Medisoft or Lytec.
