RM Error DBList zip file missing???

RM Error DBList zip file missing???

I was ready to submit claims when RM prompted me for an update, it ran through the update, seemed to finish, but then the screen froze and nothing happened. I went into task manager and ended the session, then restarted Medisoft, went back into RM and received the error

" The DBList zip file is missing from the Revenue Mangement Program folder! Please see your computer administrator to be sure you can access Revenue Management. Then start Revenue Manage again. path = c:/Medisfot/BIN/RCM"

So I cannot get into RM. I tried to update through start>RM>update and it states I have the most recent version. Do I need to do a complete uninstall/reinstall?

I think I fixed it. I took a recent backup of the DBList file and copied it into my Medisoft/Bin/RCM folder as there was not one in there. I can now access RM and submit claims. Everything seems fine so far. I assume this wouldn't mess anything up??
