Reports not Working

Reports not Working

I cannot access the reports. Every report access brings back "IReports.exe is not responding". Thank you.

What version and service pack of Medisoft do you have? If you are on Medisoft v19, you need service pack 1 and the hot fix.

thanks version 19 installed SP 1 Professional reports, pt accounting and appointment programs using the orange boxes would not let me use the blue link to these

hot fix would not let me use blue link on left click tried 3 times using right click then open but told Medisoft program could not be found verify Medisoft 19 has been installed this was after the other three went through reports not working yet

Your anti-virus must be blocking the download then. Try disabling your anti-virus until you can get both the service pack 1 and hot fix installed.

tried today with and without security
this time let me in with and without security but got the message "this medisoft directory could not be found. Please verify Medisoft 19 has been installed on this computer"

just for grins, tried to download appointment book tutorial and same thing.

It sounds like your anti-virus has turned against Medisoft. Disable anti-virus scans in c:\Medisoft\Bin and C:\Medidata and then reinstall Medisoft v19 sp1 and then the hot fix again.
