We have created the claims then print/send Electronic and saved it to a file top be uploaded. The claims show sent and the file says its been saved, however when we go in to upload them the file is missing. We have gone in and reset them all ready to send twice today with the same result. Is this a glitch in our system? We havent changed how we bill or our clearing house. We are running 14v2 and since uploading it we have had lots of freezing and problems with things disappearing. What should we do?
