We have just discovered that McAfee anti-virus conflicts with Medisoft v15 and prevents it from starting up. Simply disabling McAfee through it's security center is not enough to prevent the problem. McAfee must be completely uninstalled. Until there is a fix for this from either McAfee or Medisoft, we have to recommend you select a different anti-virus.
