The docs here want to participate. Can anyone tell me exactly how to electronically transmit CPT Category II codes? From what I can find they go in Loop 2400: SV101-1 & -2.

You would setup a CPT category II code in Medisoft just like you would a standard CPT code. Loop 2400: SV101-1 & -2 is where your standard CPT codes get reported with most Medisoft direct modules. Reporting CPT category II codes is optional. You may need to report category II modifier codes along with the CPT category II code.
