Is Medisoft v15 starting EXTREMELY Slow?

Try this:
To to Open Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN Settings
Uncheck the option Automatically Detect Settings.
I am not sure why this setting causes an extreme slowdown on some computers and not others.
