Trouble running reports after upgrading to v15

If you are getting the error \"tblUsers: Field 'Allow Open Practice' not found\", then you probably didn't run the report definitions conversion after running the main Medisoft conversion.
The only way I know to get the report definitions conversion to run again is to convert another data set to version 15. You can create a new test practice and restore an old backup into that practice and convert it. Be sure to run the report definitions conversion as a final last step.
