Access Violations using CMSFILE or CMS11?

If you are getting access violations when generating CMS-1500s to a file using CMS11.EXE or CMSFILE.EXE that comes with Medisoft, Then I have a possible solution for you.
Generate half of your claims at a time until you figure out which claim until you figure out which one is the problem claim(s).
Then check that the first name is present for the policy holder #1. If the first name is missing, that is a possible cause for an access violation when generating claims using CMS to File.
