Capario, Formerly MedAvant, Changes URL for Eligibility

Capario, formerly MedAvant, has made a change to the URL used for eligibility transactions. This URL change becomes effective March 20th 2009. We have updated our Metro server which will feed the new URL to Medisoft versions V14, V15 and Lytec 2008 and 2009. If users on these product versions experience problems with eligibility transactions tomorrow please have them try the 'Check for Updates' before calling our support department. Scheduled eligibility transactions after midnight may fail due to the URL change. Your will need to resend the eligibility check after running the 'Check for Updates'. If the Check for Updates does not resolve the issue our support organization is prepared to assist.
For product versions V12 and Lytec 2007 utilizing MedAvant eligibility, please contact our support department. There is a SQL script to run on the affected databases.
