Cannot Generate Report. Canvas does not allow drawing.

I get this error when running a Focus Report (or the new Medisoft Reports).
I fixed this by changing the Windows Default Printer to another printer that is available and ready. Then I re-opened the Focus Reports Report Explorer window and the report would display like normal.
