Office Hours used to prompt:
\"Do you wish to update all future appointments and the patient's home phone number with this phone number?\"
when the phone number is changed on the appointment.

The problem is, if you check the option:
\"Do not show this message again\"
then this prompt never appears again and the option you selected is used from then on.

To get the prompt back, browse the folder where Medisoft is installed:
Usually C:\\Program Files\\Medisoft\\Bin.
Edit the file MsgBox.ini
Look for the line MessageID1010 and delete it
Save the file

For those that are wondering, MessageID1010=6 indicates you selected Yes on the prompt. MessageID1010=7 indicates you selected No. There are a few other message boxes in Medisoft that can be defaulted in this way. If you delete all the message ids out of this file, then those messages will be turned back on as well. Sorry, I don't have a list of all the possible message ids and the possible answers for each message id.

I have since learned of a much simpler solution:

Open Medisoft and select Window -> Clear Saved Message Box Selections off the menu.

This will clear all saved message box selections in both Medisoft and Office Hours.
