tbTestTranINdex: Error 7041: File Not found.

Post by donavin410 » Thu Jun 18, 2015 9:47 am

I have to two Practices in my Medisoft . Practice "A" and Practice "B" .
Users can log into Practice "A" without issues but when trying to log into "B" they get this error

tbTestTranINdex: Error 7041: File Not found. Verify the specified path and file name are correct.

1. What is the file name its talking about? is it tbTestTranIndex

2. if so do i just simply restore this file from a back up and drop it in the folder?

3. if not, what is the solution?

thanks

In Windows Explorer, browse to C:\Medisoft\Bin and double-click on FileMaintLoad.exe and rebuild all indexes in practice B.

Make sure everyone is out of Medisoft and Office Hours and stop all interfaces and then try it again.

There is the service EMDS MSL Service and all third party interfaces, including MPIC. They all all must be stopped before rebuilding indexes.
