Medisoft v20 and trizetto

I upgraded to Medisoft v20 and now Trizetto is having problems mapping the file I upload to them. If I set MedTech as my vendor and call you, can you fix this for me. I have not been able to send claims in almost 2 weeks.

Yes, we have lots of Trizetto customers. We can get you setup in a hurry. Just contact Tiffany Pruiett at 800-969-3666 x1528 and let her know you want MedTech in Springfield to be your preferred vendor. Once that is setup, give us a call with your GatewayEDI number and we will set you up to send ANSI 5010 claims for FREE and if you are signed up for electronic remittance at Trizetto, then we will also set you up with electronic remittance posting in Medisoft Advanced or higher. In addition, as long as we are listed as your preferred vendor at Trizetto, we will provide ongoing support to send electronic claims out of Medisoft to Trizetto.
