I have seen this before. You "might" be able to fix this yourself. In Claims Management, sort the grid the Claim Status 1 field. Edit the first claim that comes to the top and make sure a status is selected for the Claim Status 1 radio button. If no status was selected, repeat the process for the next claim until you come to the first claim that has a status selected already.

Now repeat the process for the Claim Status 2 and Claim Status 3 fields. If there is no secondary or tertiary insurance, then status 2 and status 3 should be marked "Done".

If you aren't able to figure it out, you will have to work with a Medisoft re seller who can do a data repair. We currently charge $300 for this. If you want us to fix this for you, select Repair One Database from the Medisoft Technical Support page on our shopping cart.

Same process as above excepted there is a single statement status field in Statement Management. Also, invalid claim statuses can affect statements as well, so check in Claim Management also.

Using v19. After doing a file maintenance, I started getting " is not a valid integer value, error when I want to print a statement, claim, face sheet, superbill, etc. In my Medisoft Report designer, the report menu does appear, but after selecting a report, nothing happens. I do not get the visual error message of " is not a valid integer value while in the report designer. I get this error message when attempting to print from the various activities. My daysheet, deposit & other reports print fine. As far as I can tell, it is contained within the report designer. I repeated the file maintenance and rebooted. Any other suggestions?
